Additional costs
- The rent does not include the final cleaning costs of € 80,00 and a deposit of € 250.
- For a rental period of more than four weeks, the deposit is equal to 4 weeks rent.
- In the final cleaning washing of the last towels and sheets is included.
- Consumption of electricity and water will be charged based on the meter readings, to be paid in cash upon departure.
- For a rental period longer than 4 weeks, the electricity and water consumption has to be paid in cash at the end of every month.
- Electricity: day price €0,35 per kWh (2020 rate)
- Water: daily price €3 per m3 (2020 rate)
